History
1945:
Founding of “La Protection Métallique” (LPM)
General electroplating for use in mechanic and electric sector and in sheet metal forming.
1996:
Founding of TECLYSE AG
Electrolytic precision plating for electronic industry. First reel-to-reel plating lines.
1999:
Founding of MECADIGIT AG
2001:
LPM and TECLYSE are taken over by the French group THERMO-Technologies
2004:
All Activities (LPM and TECLYSE) are combined under the TECLYSE company and brand name.
2004:
Founding of Nanoxid sprl.
2005:
TECLYSE becomes an independent company owned by Belgium shareholders.
2006:
MATRIO-Group AG
- takes over TECLYSE and integrates it into the group;
- becomes majority shareholder of MECADIGIT AG, which is now named
MATRIO-GALVANO AG
- complements the product range with the offerings of the affiliated Nanoxid sprl.
